• Position: Executive Trainee / Executive - Collection FOS
• Job location: Vashi - Navi Mumbai (MH)
• Job type: Full time (WFO)
• Experience: Fresher OR 6M - 2Y experience in tele calling
• Salary: As per industry standard
• Languages required: Kannada OR Telugu OR Tamil (Hindi and English is a must)
• Qualification: Any Graduate + DRA certification (Debt Recovery Agent) is mandatory

Job responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for collection of debt recovery
• Provide information about products/services.
• Maintain a record of calls

Desired candidate profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada OR Tamil OR Telugu
• Good listening skills and empathy.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
