Job Description

Expertise in Java development, extensive knowledge of and experience with Java (8 or higher)

Experience in Spring Boot, Maven, JUnit

Container technologies, and Cloud (AWS) based services and messaging protocols.

Proficiency with Kafka and Caching technologies like Apache Ignite

Solid understanding of Test Driven and Continuous integration way of software development process

Experience with Source code version control (GIT) and issue tracking (JIRA).

Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Other highly valued skills include:

Financial industry experience, knowledge of Fixed Income products (Prior experience with Structuring / Pre-Trade / Post-Trade capture, workflow, processing and associated life-cycling will be plus)

Proficiency in requirements analysis and software design; Experience investigating production incidents with priority with a view to restore the services ASAP

Basic knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles to collaborate effectively with UI team

Knowledge of microservices orchestration BPMN tools preferably Camunda

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
