We are urgently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dynamic individual to join our leadership team as Vice President - Sales. This pivotal role involves managing large accounts across industry verticals, pan India.


About the Role:
The VP - Sales will work closely with regional leaders to drive business growth, inspire and manage a team of 40+ Key Account Managers, and oversee 500+ strategic customers nationwide. Youll be instrumental in planning and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with leading OEMs such as AWS, Azure, Cisco, HPE, Dell, and Palo Alto.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead 40+ Key Account Managers and oversee business relationships with 500+ strategic customers pan India.
  • Drive hunting and farming strategies to maximize business potential from enterprise customers.
  • Develop GTM strategies in partnership with OEMs like AWS, Azure, Cisco, Dell, and HPE.
  • Collaborate with Business Heads to drive sales strategies and achieve aggressive revenue targets.
  • Mentor, manage, and build high-performing sales teams.
  • Analyze data-driven insights and implement corrective measures to improve bottom-line performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in IT infrastructure products, IT solutions, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in managing India markets with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in strategic business alliances and building business plans with technology partners (e.g., Red Hat, Acronis, Cisco, HPE, Dell).
  • Strong execution skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a focus on bottom-line and cash flow.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and people management skills in a matrix organizational structure.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory; relevant work experience is equally valued.
