Position Summary

The CTO shall be responsible for driving the companys technical strategy and ensuring the development of secure, innovative, and scalable solutions. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who is passionate about technology, cybersecurity, and fostering a collaborative engineering culture. Reporting to the CEO, the CTO will play a key role in shaping Tribastions future through technological innovation and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall technology strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.
• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Tribastions cybersecurity solutions and services.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends, ensuring Tribastion remains at the forefront of the cybersecurity landscape.
• Build and lead a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee research and development efforts to ensure product and service enhancements that meet market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless technology integration and support for business objectives.
• Drive technology partnerships and alliances with external vendors and strategic partners.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all technological operations.
• Lead risk management efforts, ensuring robust protection against cybersecurity threats.
• Represent Tribastions technical vision at conferences, with clients, and in industry-related forums.

Qualifications

Education and certifications:

• oBTech/B.E. in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
• oMCA, MTech, or MS in CSE, IT, Computer Science and Engineering, or Electronics
• oPossession of one or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA, OSWP, OSCP, etc.

Experience and skills:

• oProven experience of at least 15-20 years as a CTO or senior technology executive, ideally in the cybersecurity industry.
• oStrong understanding of current cybersecurity trends, technologies, and challenges.
• oExperience with technology architecture and systems design, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity solutions.
• oDemonstrated success in scaling technology platforms and leading development teams in fast-paced environments.
• oExcellent leadership and team-building skills with a track record of fostering innovation and collaboration.
• oStrong decision-making capabilities and experience with risk management in technology-driven environments.
• oExceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
