Key skills for the job
To be successful as a "Process Expert", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
* Should be an expert in People screening process
* Experience in handling APAC Onboarding in the recent past is preferable
* Should be an expert in contract/offer letter creation process
* Being SME, should perform the Peer check and capture the observation in the error log and C&C log
* Be a process expert for the team for any questions/clarifications
* Should be able to manage the audit and articulate on the call
* Be a first point of contact for escalation and manage it until logical closure
* Able to allocate work in the absence of Team Manager
* Be a SPOC for screening Governance for any extension approval/adjudication
* Knowledge on Workday system
* Timely and accurate data update in Control IQ
* Should prepare/maintain work instructions in the Onboarding process
* Should be an expert in MS Office
This role will be based out of (Chennai).
Purpose of the role
To deliver HR services and support to Barclays colleagues, candidates, alumni and third-party vendors.
