Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Possess excellent knowledge of end-to-end sales processes.
- High competence in selling, negotiation skills, and identifying the right customers to upsell Maersk products.
- Execute all activities in a way that contributes to the achievement of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Engage with potential and existing customers via emails and telephone calls to encourage the purchase of the company's products and services.
- Generate qualified leads, create appropriate quotes, and coordinate with internal teams to secure business opportunities.
- Participate in regular engagement meetings/calls with the team, various sales verticals/teams, cluster contacts, regional contacts, peers, and other relevant parties.
- Foster a positive working relationship across functions and locations.
- Address issues through consistent coordination with the appropriate individuals from different processes and verticals. Act as a backup for tasks handled by other focal points within the Area Sales and One Team Sales.
- Collaborate with peers and managers across the Sales Community Team to standardize processes and implement best practices.
Who We Are Looking For:
As a Process Expert or Senior Process Expert, you are expected to possess functional knowledge of sales and upselling principles, as well as proficiency in desktop applications and systems. Candidates must be dependable, able to work in a team environment, proficient with numbers, accurate, and capable of working with a high level of passion and motivation.
A graduate with 2-5 years of work experience in Sales/Upselling, with a beneficial understanding of the shipping cycle and proficiency in Selling and Negotiating, is preferred.
Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
They must be able to adapt successfully to multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment and perform under highly interruptive conditions to meet tight deadlines.
A willingness to take on stretched goals and to go above and beyond for urgent work requirements is essential. Candidates should be highly energetic, self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
