PRA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (ASSOCIATES OF BARBRIK PROJECT LIMITED) IS HIRING FOR THE DGM / GM PLANNING & MONITORING( NHAI PROJECT ) FOR HEAD OFFICE , RAIPUR (CHHATTISGARH).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules using MSP, Primavera, and other relevant tools.
  
• Create detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
  
• Conduct regular monitoring of projects to ensure progress against plan and identify deviations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes.
  
• Provide expert advice on planning best practices to stakeholders.

• Design and finalise the operational and governance framework and guidelines for project planning and monitoring and Sub Contracts including work breakdown structure, revenue planning and cash flow planning.
• Develop a system for a periodic update of schedules based on the analysis of planned vs actual progress and on-ground realities of material, manpower etc., and define the standard timelines for all planning processes in the pre-design and post-design phase.
• Implement the framework, guidelines and system to ensure standard practices of planning and monitoring and sub contracts across all the projects.
• Work with the Director and the Project Manager, Chief Project Manager and Head Operations to finalise the schedules for all existing and new projects.
• Review and approve the work plan for the projects ensuring adherence to all the project specific contractual terms.
• Review and ensure all sub contracts as per the schedule.
• Collaborate with other function heads and ensure a platform where cross projects learnings can be captured and shared to make robust project plans.
• Create standardized reporting mechanisms to capture accurate data at defined intervals across projects.
• Identify deviations from the scheduled work plan and cash flow plan.
• Drive analytical insights from the captured data creating a repository of successful strategies in different scenarios.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-24 years of experience in civil engineering or construction industry with a focus on planning & scheduling.
  
• B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) degree from a recognized university; M.Tech (Civil) preferred but not mandatory, NICMAR (Preferred)
  
• Strong understanding of MS Projects (MSP), Primavera P6 software applications for creating detailed project plans.
