Subcontract Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

PRA India Private Limited is hiring for Head Office Raipur Chhattisgarh. Candidate having a relevant experience in Highway,Railway,Building Project should apply.

• Manage subcontractor billing and claims, ensuring timely submission of monthly MIS reports.
  
• Conduct rate analysis for various subcontractors, negotiate rates with them, and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
  
• Prepare detailed estimates from vendors, including material takeoff and quantity surveying.
  
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate estimation of quantities required by contractors.
  
• Monitor project costs, identify potential issues, and implement cost-saving measures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil.
  
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quantity surveying, rate analysis, subcontractors' management.

• Candidate must have a relevant experience in Head Office Working.
