QS Billing & Planning Engineer - IRB Mumbai HO (Powai)

• Planning, monitoring phases of project to overall completion.
• Quantification - Measurement of Quantities.
• Monitoring projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality

compliance.

• Scheduling of the Project, evaluating project milestones, actual resources requirement and

preparing supplier schedules.

• Coordinating with / consultants / clients / contractors to ascertain construction as per

technical specifications and drawings.

• Scrutinizing day-to-day progress and preparing weekly report; attending project & review

meetings with Management.

• Drafting and finalizing subcontracts in line with terms & conditions finalized with the client and

Budgeted rates.

• Coordinating with Site Team & Management to find out bottlenecks of the project and their

solutions.

• Awareness of Concessionaire Agreement Clauses.
• Well verse with Contractual Agreement.
• Direct Correspondence with Authorities like NHAI, PWD, Independent Engineers.
