Summary: The Senior Back Office Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the association, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and efficient organizational functioning. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items, ensure clear and effective communication internally and externally.
• Good hands on experience in event/Conference management and oversees event communications, manage attendee lists, and ensure seamless execution of events and conferences, from start to finish.
• Comfortable with traveling
• Can work independently and as a part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
