Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of related experience and/or training.
Post Graduate/ MBA in Sales- Marketing.
Supervisory: lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of the team. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Financial Knowledge: Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills Other: Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of real estate software a plus
Job Summary
Responsible for land business in the assigned location/region.
Identify new business opportunities in the area of land.
Plan and execute assignment/s. May take control, documentation and issues pertaining to the
project/s
Review prepare presentations, proposals. Provide inputs and solutions.
Gather information through research; understand clients need and their business, provide timely
responses to and listed timely responses from clients. Track purposes in appropriate databases.
Keep abreast with new developments pertaining to business.
Prepare reports on a(n) entitys/propertys financial position outlining assumptions and valuation.
May provide technical inputs, analysis and provide alternate solutions
Interact with team members clients, with respect to analysis/information
Provides technical guidance to co-workers/sub-ordinates
