Job Description
- You will be placing quality candidates with our clients and leading the team to achieve and exceed their targets.
- Account management and managing service delivery.
- Designing recruiting & Ramp; account management strategies/policies/plans.
- Managing multiple accounts with operational excellence.
- Develop and grow strong business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Developing and researching monthly and quarterly business reports to provide insight into team issues,
- successes, and areas of improvement.
- Leading and managing monthly/quarterly reviews with the internal recruitment team as well as with
- clients.
Required Skills
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in recruitment contract and permanent staffing.
- Must have led a team in past.
- Proven experience in Managing existing clients and supporting business unit head for new client
- acquisition.
- Proven track record of recruiting for varying levels of talent
- Ability to adapt and problem solve with less guidance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
