IT System Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure patching, Upgrade of servers/virtual systems as per process.
• Ensure coordination with various vendor/partner.
• Provide technical direction to vendors and partners for streamline of operations, measure and monitor the progress.
• Monitor Review and approve SLA/D&O and ensure services are delivered as per the agreement.
• Identify area of improvement and work with required team to formalize the same.
• Develop relationship with vendors to help BIAL.
• Participate in the development of the IT strategy.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL and other relevant frameworks.
• Prepare and present regular reports on various metrics and performance.
• Systematically track and close issues/actions and key deliverable.
• Maintain accurate documentation of application processes and procedures.
