Experiences : 3+ Years

Qualification : 3 years Diploma, BE/BTech.

Key Skills (Mandatory) :

- Expertise in hardware servers, including any of the following : HP ProLiant, Dell Blade Server, Wipro, Dell, Lenovo, IBM.

- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VC).

- Proficiency in storage systems and their management.

- Expertise in hardware troubleshooting, including hardware component replacement and configuration.

- Hands-on experience with Dell, HP Blade, and Rack Servers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs) :

- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-level server hardware and storage systems.

- Perform hardware diagnostics and troubleshoot server issues to ensure minimal downtime.

- Manage and optimize virtualization and storage environments to ensure efficiency and reliability.

- Implement and oversee backup and disaster recovery solutions.

- Conduct performance monitoring and tuning of server systems.

- Document and maintain server configurations, policies, and procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate server hardware with software applications.

- Stay updated on the latest server technologies and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements.

- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry-specific IT standards.

- Train and mentor junior system administrators or IT support staff
