Accountabilities
Major Activities
Supervising a pool of skilled and semi-skilled workers insourced and outsourced, carrying out maintenance task. Preparation of proposals, costing, supervision billing etc. for capital expenditure and other improvement works. Supporting quality assurance initiatives. Coordination required for T1A project.
Preparing the purchase requests for the maintenance material requirements
Providing the shutdown data of the watersports & preparing the water meter reading of the concessionaries
Conducting the training to the skilled & unskilled personal of outsourced team
(Financial or Non-financial parameters which are directly impacted/controlled by the role or indirectly influences/contributes to in a measurable way)
Financial (Eg: Budgets, project costs, Capex etc.,)
