Overview:
Banas Dairy is looking for a strategic and experienced HR professional to join our team as HR Manager, overseeing both Talent Management (Performance Management) and Talent Acquisition functions. This role will play a pivotal role in driving organizational performance through effective performance management systems and attracting top talent to meet our current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management system aligned with organizational goals.
- Design performance appraisal processes, tools, and metrics for accurate evaluation of employee performance.
- Establish clear performance expectations and goals in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
- Provide guidance and training on the performance management process to managers and employees.
- Monitor system effectiveness and recommend improvements.
2. Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
- Utilize HRIS, ATS, and other tools to streamline recruitment processes and track metrics.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.
- Enhance employer branding efforts to position Banas Dairy as an employer of choice.
3. Collaboration and Integration:
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to align performance management and talent acquisition strategies with overall HR and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Business Excellence and department heads for effective implementation.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies in both performance management and recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with significant focus on both performance management and talent acquisition.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of performance management principles, practices, and tools.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and data analytics tools.
