Job Summary :
Banas Dairy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT Infrastructure and Security to lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure and security landscape. This role requires a dynamic leader with 10-14 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and security systems, ensuring the integrity, resilience, and efficiency of IT operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced IT and security solutions, including firewalls, cloud computing, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
IT Infrastructure Management :
- Design, implement, and oversee IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, and network topology.
- Manage and maintain unified endpoint management systems and ensure optimal server administration.
- Oversee IP-PBX systems, network load balancers, and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
- AD policies, domain network, DHCP, DNS and SharePoint
Information Security Strategy :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy to safeguard organizational data and IT assets.
- Align security initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Establish a robust cybersecurity framework, including SOAR, ZTNA, EDR, XDR, MDR, and next-generation SOC.
Risk and Vulnerability Management :
- Conduct regular risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Lead efforts in cyber resilience and ensure rapid incident detection and response.
Regulatory Compliance :
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and industry-specific requirements for IT operations and security.
- Implement frameworks for VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) and CERT protocols.
Incident Response Management :
- Develop and lead a robust incident handling and response plan.
- Monitor and resolve security incidents, including breaches and other potential threats.
Cloud Computing and Security :
- Oversee cloud computing initiatives and ensure secure deployment of cloud-based solutions.
- Implement cloud security best practices to protect organizational data.
Training and Awareness :
- Provide training to teams on advanced IT tools, cybersecurity practices, and digital transformation.
- Foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.
Collaboration with Corporate IT :
- Work closely with corporate IT teams to align infrastructure and security strategies with organizational goals.
- Ensure seamless integration of plant-level operations with corporate standards.
Qualifications :
- Education : B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. MCA is also acceptable.
- Certifications (Preferred) : IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Management (PMS), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CISSP, CISM.
- Experience : 10-14 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security roles, with prior experience in a leadership position.
Key Technical Skills :
- Firewalls, routers, and advanced network solutions (SD-WAN, MPLS).
- Operations and security technologies such as SOAR, ZTNA, WAAF, EDR, XDR, MDR.
- Unified Endpoint Management and Identity Access Management (IDAM, SSO).
- Server administration, cloud computing, and cloud security.
- Threat modeling, VAPT, incident handling, and next-gen SOC management.
- LAN/WAN management, iPBAX systems, and network load balancers.
Key Competencies :
- Strategic leadership in IT infrastructure and security.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
