Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Mutual Funds (Online Distribution)

The role involves developing and managing a portfolio of mutual fund products with a focus on digital channels, ensuring Sales Numbers, alignment with market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. Would be responsible for overall set up & driving of MF Business including Sales, Processes, Marketing Plan, Training etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Design, develop, and enhance mutual fund products tailored for digital sales platforms, ensuring they meet customer demands and regulatory standards.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective digital sales strategies and campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.
• Driving Sales: Responsible for Driving MF Business for Digital Clients Should have Hands on experience in MF Sales (Digital &/or F2F) & Preparing Product Notes & Recommended Stocks sheet
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics and sales data to assess effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including IT, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless product execution and support.
• Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement through digital channels.
• Training and Support: Provide training and resources to sales teams on product features, benefits, and market positioning to empower effective selling.
