National Head - Fixed Deposits

Manage a team of Sales Managers
- Generate Deposit Mobilization through Independent Financial Advisors(IFAs)& National Distributors
- Local knowledge of the market, competition and industry.
- Responsible to execute a B2B Retail FD sourcing model
- Will managing two or more cities / regions
- Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales and profitability with focus on improving productivity
- Will consolidate the sales strategy of the company with an in-depth understanding of the market dynamics.
- Role will Involve in depth travelling across the locations and relationship management of IFAs

- Competitive Assessment:

- The individual should exhibits in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics.
- The individual will provide necessary update and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective.

- Team Management:

The incumbent will measure productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action to increase productivity per employee.

- Business Review & Reporting:

The individual will conduct regular reviews with team to ensure sales strategies are well executed. Responsible for managing the Volumes of Retail FD business.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Graduate/Post graduate.

A minimum of 6-8 years experience in Sales.

High energy levels, self-motivated and a Go getter.

Past experience in BFSI preferred
