Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Field Sales to lead our field sales team in driving the growth of Credflow's Business Loan product across multiple locations. This is a leadership role that involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading field sales operations, particularly in the financial services or lending industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement field sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the Business Loan vertical.

- Create and execute action plans for each location to meet sales goals, including new customer acquisition and relationship management.

- Regularly analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to adapt and refine sales strategies.

Team Leadership & Management:

- Lead, manage, and mentor the field sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and development.

- Set clear expectations and performance targets for sales representatives and regularly track progress against goals.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Conduct regular field visits with the team to provide guidance and ensure optimal execution of sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients, ensuring a customer-centric approach.

- Collaborate with other internal teams, including operations, marketing, and product, to address client needs and enhance the customer experience.

- Act as the point of escalation for any critical client issues and work towards timely resolutions.

Sales Reporting & Analytics:

- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting progress, opportunities, and challenges.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and propose strategies for improvement.

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and customer interactions.

Market Expansion & Brand Building:

- Identify new market opportunities for business loan products across different locations.

- Represent Credflow at industry events and networking forums to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing campaigns to drive awareness and customer acquisition.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior field sales leadership role, preferably within the financial services, lending, or fintech industry.

- Strong track record of leading a field sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

- In-depth knowledge of business loan products, market trends, and customer needs.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems.

- Willingness to travel across various locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or related field.

- Prior experience in the SME or business loan sector would be highly advantageous.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
