Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Driving Sales Team:

• Drive a team of 3 15 Sales executives across Hospitals for converting Hospital invoices into Easy EMI.
• Engage with Hospital Staff Departments for relationship management and customer leads.
• Assist customers with queries related to healthcare loans and guide them for their loan application

2. Team Hiring and Motivation.

• Deploy and manage Sales Executives for Driving Sales Volume.
• Conduct interviews and identify off-role Sales Executives.
• Drive their motivation and Performance
• Monitor and manage the productivity and performance of the Team.

3. Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital providers and partners

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in B2C sales.

- Preferred Industries: Retail Telecom - Insurance and credit card sectors.

- Technical Skills: Good understanding of MS Excel and Outlook.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
