Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. B2C Sales: Customer Interaction
• Engage with customers to convert Hospital Invoices into Easy EMIs.
• Engage with Hospital Staff Departments for relationship management and customer leads.
• Assist customers with queries related to healthcare loans and guide them for their loan application.
2. Loan File Login & Process Management
• Manage end-to-end loan application processes, including file login, documentation, and approvals.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up for loan applications to enhance customer experience.
3. Cashless Appointments Assistance
• Assist customers for cashless appointments at hospitals
• Coordinate with customers and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
• Prerequisite: Prior B2C Sales experience and a knack for customer engagement.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales, credit card, insurance, Telecom, Retail will be preferred
• Skills:
• Strong communication in local language and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries effectively
