Job Description
- Responsible for overall coordination on REMI merchant enrolment and drive service SLAs with partners.
- Responsible for ensuring seamless Merchant enrolment.
- Coordination for Merchant enrollment and merchant code creation on card management system, lending system and partner portal.
- Drive service partner SLAs related to merchant on-boarding and merchant training.
- Maintain and develop procedures and manuals related to merchant on-boarding.
- Ensure designed operations flow are in compliance with internal guidelines, organization standards and local regulations.
- Have hands on experience in the online loans businesses with similar skill set requirements.
- Experience of managing distribution, leading large/ medium sized teams and handling multiple regions/ geographies will be considered as strong strengths.
- Should have minimum 3-4 years of experience in a leadership/ national role and demonstrated excellent track record in Business.
- At least 2 years of Digital Grid experience in the overall experience is preferred.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
