Position Summary:
Strategize and oversee all e-commerce operations, handling volumes exceeding 40K units monthly on platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and others.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brandpresence and sales in the digital space.
Ensure the accuracy and optimization of product-related aspects, including setup, pricing, categorization, ranking, and upsell/cross-sell strategies.
Lead the enhancement of existing product listings while driving the successful launch of new products.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and trading activities in alignment with business goals.
Monitor and analyze KPIs to improve customer journey, enhance conversions, and drive overall sales and margins.
Identify opportunities to innovate in the e-commerce space to maintain a competitive advantage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Drive long-term e-commerce growth strategies.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the business.
Build and maintain competitive benchmarking within the e-commerce sector.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee marketplace operations, ensuring the timely execution of campaigns and operational processes.
Manage and improve processes for inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with platform requirements and optimize operational workflows.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor the e-commerce team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Performance Optimization:
Analyze data and customer behavior to identify areas of improvement.
Create weekly and monthly reports capturing relevant KPIs and actionable insights.
Optimize pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Qualifications:
Masterdegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large-scale e-commerce operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of online marketplaces and their operational requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
