Executive - Operations and Service

    

Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities  
Ð¥ To achieve Branch target on indicators Ц Credit Metrics / Operations Metrics / Gold Loan Metrics.
Ð¥ Training of Branch Sales on Policies & Processes for Gold Loan / Consumer
Durables / Vehicle refinance /other Products as & when launched.
Ð¥ Ensuring policy adherence and meeting the TAT.
Ð¥ Delivering Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables for Gold loan / Refinance loan, Cross sell &
CD business.
Ð¥ Checking & Valuation of Gold.
Ð¥ Vaulting & Safekeeping of Gold.
Ð¥ Ensuring adherence to Vaulting Process & Policies.
Ð¥ Supporting Branch Cashier in resolution for Customer Service queries.
Ð¥ Provide Feedback to Regional /HO Authorities on Credit / Operations Process / Policies on a regular basis.
Ð¥ Data Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team.
Ð¥ Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
Ð¥ Coordination with various HO / Cross functional departments & providing feedback.
Ð¥ Vendor Management (CPV / Gold Testing Vendor).
Ð¥ Ensuring Cost within Budget.
Ð¥ Support in Branch Admin Activities.
Ð¥ Maintain Minimal Errors in Audit Report published by HO.    

Required Qualifications and Experience  
Ð¥ Graduate / Post Graduate - Fresher
Ð¥ Good Learner & conceptualization skills.
Ð¥ Good Team Player.
