Duties and Responsibilities  
Ð¥ To achieve collection targets
Ð¥ Focus on PL roll back cases & target achievement in PL roll back.
Ð¥ Ensuring documented feedback.
Ð¥ Ensuring audit queries are complied with.
Ð¥ Ensuring adequate УFeet on StreetФ availability pool-wise / segment-wise.
Ð¥ Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for Agencies / DMAs, monitoring performance against set parameters and Weekly review with the collection executives.
Ð¥ Ensuring background and reference check of agencies / DMAs being appointed.
Ð¥ Constant evaluation of DMAs and agencies.
Ð¥ Identify and manage training needs for the CEs.
Ð¥ Visit Random customers.
