Assistant Sales Manager

We are hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales of unsecured loans, including Personal Loans and Business Loans. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for Personal Loans and Business Loans through direct sales, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, financial consultants, and potential customers.
• Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and close sales.
• Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring timely documentation and approval.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory policies.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, or unsecured loan sales.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must be comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.
