Deputy Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Sales Manager to drive sales for secured loans, including Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in field sales, lead generation, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
• Generate leads for home loans and LAP through field visits, channel partners, and direct sourcing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and financial consultants to enhance loan sales.
• Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring smooth documentation and approval.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home loans, LAP, or secured loan sales.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Prior experience in field sales and handling a sales team is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet business goals.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services is an advantage.
