Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieving primary sales by appointment of new channel partners with special focus weaker markets. Monthly monitoring of the Distributor investment.

2. Growth in secondary sales across product categories as per budgets in a phased manner.

3. Inventory planning for both seasonal & non seasonal SKUs as per calendar. Placement of new launch SKU's as per seeding plan.

4. Control on both BPR based stocks & MTO based stocks lying at the earmarked Branch warehouse.

5. Ensuring placement of new products as per commercialization strategy & sustain growth through SSSG 'Same Stores Sales Growth.

6. Ensure ROI of channel partners as per defined norms. Ensure all channel partners avail the channel finance facility.

7. Propose area-wise, distributor wise BTL activity to trade marketing team as per market requirements.

8. Succession planning for Regional Manager and grooming key talent to improve their performance.

9. Ensure sales of right product mix in the Zone for better profitability.

10. Keep track of competitors' activities and plan strategies to succeed in market.
