1. During the period of project Intern will report to – Lead – Corporate Communications & PR, Bajaj Electricals Limited
2. Stipend: Yes/No --- Amount of stipend : Yes, 15K per month
3. Project Title: Employee Engagement and Communication Enhancement
4. Key Responsibilities (Scope of the project):

A Managing Corporate LinkedIn Handle:

• Develop and maintain a content calendar to promote our corporate brand.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to create compelling content that resonates with our followers.
• Schedule posts and analyse engagement metrics and competition handles to assess and optimize the communication efforts.

B Increasing Efficiency of Employee Communication:

• Work closely with our agency to design engaging emailers, physical collaterals, and merchandise.
• Ensure timely delivery of all materials while identifying ways to enhance communication effectiveness.
• Recommend innovative approaches to improve the overall employee experience and engagement.

C Project Management:

• Support the execution of key projects focused on improving internal communication and brand alignment.
• Track project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.

1. Skills (if applicable) :

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Basic project management skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

1. Expectation at end of project (Key Deliverables)- Increased engagement rates, adherence to TAT, creativity in ideas, efficiencies built

3. How are we going to measure the success of the project/work done by interns?- Key deliverables achieved, behavioural
4. Who will sign off on the final project – Head of Advertising & Brand Management
5. Do we need to sign an NDA? – No
6. What will be the mode of association on premise / hybrid (accordingly CSA will need to be informed)? – ideally on premise, at Corporate HO
