1. Customer Service Management- Inbound calls and chat
2. Customer Grievance Management - Issue Resolution
3. Training Needs Assessment- Soft skills , sales techniques plus product
4. Program Development, Content Creation & Training Delivery
5. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Score Target Achievement- Conduct survey, collect feedback and implement remedial action plan
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with all departments (e.g., product development, marketing, sales) to ensure that customer experience insights are integrated into business strategies and operations
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Candidate with good communication skills.
2. Good Experience in Inbound calls and chat
3. Pleasing Personality
1st & 3rd Saturday off.
