Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors: Welcoming visitors, registering them, and directing them to the appropriate department
  • Answering calls: Answering and screening incoming calls, and transferring them to the relevant department
  • Maintaining records: Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents
  • Managing supplies: Ordering and keeping track of office supplies, such as stationery, name cards, and bottled water
  • Preparing reports: Preparing reports and sending them to accounts for payment
  • Handling mail: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries
  • Maintaining security: Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
  • Scheduling: Updating calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting rooms
  • Providing information: Providing basic and accurate information in person, via phone, or via email
  • Assisting with HR: Preparing and issuing HR-related items for new joiners
  • Coordinating with other departments: Conferring and coordinating with other departments
  • Performing other tasks: Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager



Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate with good communication skills
