Chartered Accountant

Position overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated fulltime Chartered Accountant with minimum of 1 year experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be efficient in MS word, excel and PowerPoint.

He should have excellent communication skills (preferably multilingual) and a willingness to travel extensively.

In this role he will be primarily responsible for managing M&A(Merger & Acquisition) projects, and managing data rooms, conducting data analytics and assisting in due diligence and transaction service engagements.

Preferred qualification:

CA with minimum of 1 year of experience. Experience in investment banking and related field, due diligence and transaction service engagements is an added advantage.

Other skills:

• Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Should have excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willing to travel extensively.
