• Conduct background verification checks on candidates through various sources such as employment history, education, criminal records, and other relevant databases.
  
• Verify employee documents including passports, visas, work permits, and other identification papers to ensure accuracy.
  
• Execute KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures for new hires or existing employees undergoing changes in their personal information.
