Job Description
- Possessing strong product knowledge, hands-on experience, and domain expertise in commercial lending operations, including the end-to-end process and loan life cycle.
- Evaluate business processes, conduct requirements analysis, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs, serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or project teams.
- Effectively manage competing resources and priorities.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Bachelors Degree with 10 years of experience including minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or loan servicing work, commercial lending or experience in a Back office/Financial industry
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Advanced technical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
- Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans
- Proven track record and experience in driving medium to large sized projects with strong results
