Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and forecast future talent requirements.
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build diverse talent pipelines.

End-to-End Recruitment Management

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve hiring targets.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team.
• Identify training needs and ensure continuous professional development for the team

Employer Branding

• Strengthen the companys employer brand to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job descriptions, career pages, and social media campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and business leaders on talent acquisition matters.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
