Senior Manager - QC

Role & responsibilities

• Implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee Internal & external audits related to Quality
• Efficient in all Testing & Inspection methods for RM, PM and FG
• Ensure all documentation in quality is updated and maintained
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality-related issues
• Strong knowledge in Chemicals, Glassware's, Equipment trouble shooting
• Co-ordinate with suppliers / vendors for AMC & Calibrations
• Responsible for implementation of ISO & NABL standards in units
• Compliance to Work place Safety & 5S
• Manage multiple units and team members
• Ensure availability of adequate resource to units and make necessary arrangements
• Handling of customer complaints
• Preparation of Monthly Reports & presentations
• BIS copmpliance
• Daily work management and operation control in Lab activities
