Plant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes and technologies
• Manage and direct plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Lead and manage a team of supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards (ISO 9001).
• Manage budgets, costs, and inventory.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
