Job Summary:
We're looking for a seasoned Training Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years of experience as a trainer. Experience in the BPO industry is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content development, team management, training management, and soft skills training. Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel to hills are essential.
Role & responsibilities
1. Training Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies to meet business objectives.
2. Content Development: Design, develop, and review training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
3. Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of trainers to deliver high-quality training programs.
4. Training Delivery*: Deliver training programs as needed, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and participant engagement.
5. Training Management*: Oversee training operations, including scheduling, logistics, and budgeting.
6. Assessment and Evaluation*: Conduct needs assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
7. Stakeholder Management*: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and provide solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in training, with at least 5 years as a trainer.
2. BPO Experience: Experience in the BPO industry is highly desirable.
3. Content Development: Proven experience in content development for training programs.
4. Team Management: Experience in managing a team of trainers or training professionals.
5. Training Management: Experience in managing training operations, including scheduling, logistics, and budgeting.
6. Soft Skills: Experience in training soft skills, such as communication, leadership, and team building.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel to hills as required.
Education:
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, training, human resources).
