Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Graphic Designer with extensive hands-on experience in advanced photo manipulation and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. This role demands a blend of artistic creativity, technical proficiency, and efficient project management. The ideal candidate will be a master of Adobe Photoshop, adept at leveraging generative AI tools, and capable of producing high-quality work under tight deadlines. You will not only execute complex photo editing tasks but also train and manage a team to ensure consistent and rapid delivery.

• Advanced Photo Manipulation:
• Expert human editing: skin retouching, blemish removal, and natural enhancements.
• Professional photo restoration: repairing damaged photos, color correction, and detail enhancement.
• Object removal: seamlessly removing unwanted elements from images.
• Creating professional headshots: ensuring consistent lighting, background, and overall quality.
• Product listing optimization: creating visually appealing product images for e-commerce.
• Image stitching: producing seamless panoramic or composite images.
• Clothing manipulation: changing colors, patterns, and styles of clothing in photos.
• Body shaping: subtle and natural adjustments to enhance body proportions.
• Logo edits and refinements: ensuring logos are crisp, scalable, and visually impactful.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Mastery of the latest generation of Adobe Photoshop and related tools.
• Integration and utilization of generative AI tools for image enhancement and creation.
• Advanced use of filters, lighting adjustments, and color correction techniques.
• Documentation of precise steps and techniques used in image processing.
• Project Management & Team Leadership:
• Understanding and interpreting client requirements with precision.
• Developing efficient workflows and processes to achieve high-quality, rapid turnaround results.
• Training and mentoring junior designers on advanced photo editing techniques.
• Managing project timelines and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Overseeing the quality control of all delivered images.
• Adaptability & Availability:
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including day shifts, as needed.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
• Quickly adapt to changes in client requirements and project priorities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photo manipulation.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and related creative software.
