Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities : Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as website graphics, blog resources and videos, illustrations, layouts, infographics and presentations to create a strong visual identity for the company and its products.
Establish and maintain company design branding and guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency.
Develop and design visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images, and videos, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing creative input and ensuring that design solutions meet business objectives.
Expertise creating video content and delightful motion graphics.
Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs throughout the development process, refining and improving visuals as needed.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality designs within deadlines..
Creating engaging and visually stunning videos for promotional purposes, instructional content, and other projects.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop concepts and execute creative strategies.
