Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design and create visually compelling graphics for print and digital media, including advertisements, social media content, brochures, banners, and retail signage.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, website, and social media platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies and design solutions aligned with the retail brand.
• Ensure all design work adheres to the brand guidelines and standards, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
• Edit and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital and social media campaigns, including GIFs, short-form videos, and explainer animations.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in both static and motion graphics, applying new knowledge to enhance design outputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather design requirements, review feedback, and make revisions as necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong expertise in both static and motion graphic design.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the retail industry or a related field with significant exposure to motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics techniques and video editing for both short-form content and full-motion animations.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
