Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer

Role & responsibilities : Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce (F&O) solutions based on business requirements.
Develop extensions using X++ and other Dynamics 365 development tools.
Customize and configure the Retail and Commerce modules, including POS (Point of Sale), eCommerce, and Call Center.
Integrate D365 with third-party applications and external systems.
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
Develop and maintain SSRS reports, workflows, and data entities.
Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, new features, and industry trends.

Preferred candidate profile : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) development.
Strong knowledge of X++ programming language and extensions.
Experience working with Retail and Commerce modules (POS, eCommerce, Call Center).
Proficiency in integrating D365 with external applications via OData, REST APIs, and Azure services.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate.
Experience working with Retail SDK and Commerce Scale Unit (CSU).
Familiarity with EDI integration and electronic payment processing.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
