They issue and manage tickets using systems like Amadeus or Galileo, provide expert advice on travel itineraries and documentation, and ensure a seamless travel experience. Job Description:

• Issuing airline tickets for both domestic and international travel using Amadeus, or Galileo
software.

• Collaborating with airlines, travel agents, and other partners to book flights, hotels, and other
travel arrangements for customers.

• Providing excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
related to ticketing.

• Ensuring all tickets are issued with accurate pricing and routing.

• Reissuing tickets in the event of flight cancellations, schedule changes, or other disruptions.

• Processing refunds for cancelled tickets, excess payments, and other ticket-related
transactions.

• Maintaining accurate records of all travel bookings, ticketing, and related financial
transactions.

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and airline policies.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Knowledge of travel industry
regulations and airline policies.
