Sourcing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Identification & Selection:
   Identify, evaluate, and negotiate terms with suppliers, ensuring they meet quality and ethical standards.
2. Procurement Strategy Development:
   Create and implement sourcing strategies, analyse market trends, and adapt based on feedback.
3. Supplier Relationship Management:
   Build strong supplier relationships, resolve issues, and negotiate favourable contract terms.
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
   Work with logistics to ensure steady supply, forecast demand, and manage inventory levels.

Qualification

1. A candidate having 10 -12 experience of procurement of material.

2. A sound knowledge of vender is a must
