MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER - PRODUCTION

Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Production Planning & Scheduling:
   Support production schedules, adjust for delays, and ensure alignment with resources. Also, oversee daily production activities.
2. Resource Allocation & Management:
   Coordinate materials, machinery, and labour to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
3. Production Monitoring:
   Track production goals, analyse performance data, and report progress to the manager.
4. Customer Order Coordination:
   Ensure orders meet specifications, and coordinate delivery with other departments.
5. Equipment & Maintenance Support:
   Monitor equipment, assist with maintenance schedules, and report malfunctions.

Qualification

1. BE Mechanical with 10-12 years of hands on experience of handlining manufacturing unit, automobile is a must.
