Stores Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• To process GRN and Delivery Challan/packing list
• To receive Finished Goods with proper closure work order.
• Unpack receipt consignment provide confirmation.
• Count the materials as per GRN/Invoice and escalate if found any discrepancy.
• To Store the receipt materials in the designated space and update line wise location details of the product.
• Invite for inspection and move item based on result of inspection.
• Issue materials against approved request.
• Support interunit transfer documentation.
• Process interunit receipt transactions.
• Process e waybill and other required documents for out going materials.
• Adhere Quality Management System (QMS)
• Adhere 5S concept and follow ATR concept (Any Time Readiness).
• Handle the materials with materials with the required PPEs without deviation
• Conduct perpetual inventory count.
• Monitor good relationships with all cross-functional departments

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of Stores concept and good on-hand experience from Engineering Industry.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with inventory management systems, and the ability to work ERP environment SAP/Oracle
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
