Store Incharge

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor the receipt and issue of incoming and out-going Materials which is inclusive of Finished Goods
• Adhere Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure the existence of 5S to strengthen ATR concept (Any Time Readiness).
• Handle the materials with materials with the required PPEs without deviation
• Conduct perpetual inventory count. Ensuring accuracy of inventory with zero deviation.
• Issue of materials with zero lead time.
• Packing of Finished Goods as instructed by the customer.
• Place requirement of Packing materials based on lead time.
• Adhere location accuracy and completing required entries in ERP as soon shifting/movement of materials from one location to another location.
• To provide monthly stock reports along with slow and non-moving stock statement.
• Monitor good relationships with all cross-functional departments which is logistic department.
• Share despatch details through BD team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of Stores function, good on-hand experience in Engineering Industry.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with inventory management systems, and the ability to work ERP environment SAP/Oracle
• Strong understanding of store process and generation of stock reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols related to Store functions and Materials Handling concepts. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
