Axtria - Revenue Recognition Role - CA (10-15 yrs)

- Accounting Standards GAAP Reporting International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

- Revenue / Project accounting process, the candidate will be responsible for Liasioning with business stakeholders for the smooth functioning of revenue process.

- Focus with hands-on on Revenue Accounting including the month-end close process, reviewing reconciliations, and related reporting.

- Participating in all aspects of the revenue month-end close process, including reviewing journal entries, Financials disclosures etc.

- Check for compliance and proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC606 and any related guidance.

- Perform preliminary contract analysis review and prepare related revenue schedules including different revenue metrics.

- Maintain necessary financial and control records along with supporting documentation relating to Revenue for Audit & compliance work.

- Research revenue accounting guidance as needed and prepare accounting memos and contract summaries to document appropriate accounting treatment.

- Successfully resolves complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Support the revenue projects function in the design, test, and implementation of updates to existing and new systems.

- Understand project life cycle and execute multiple milestones during the cycle.

- Process oriented person.

- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors for revenue; manage preparation and support of all external audits.

- Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines Supporting on any ad-hoc requests, Revenue analysis and cost matching etc.

- Ensure the proper functioning of all financial accounting systems, databases and regular maintenance and backup of all accounting systems from a Revenue data perspective.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant with over 10+years of relevant industry experience, Software.

- Worked on ERP e. Oracle / SAP.

- NetSuite Oracle knowledge is preferred.
