Job Description
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and management of critical data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements, and develop data models and reports.
- Lead data analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Develop and manage management presentations (PPTs) for executive meetings, board presentations, and other strategic communications.
- Develop and implement business plan based on annual target set for BB channel
- Support in preparation of for Management presentations manage ad-hoc data requirements
- Conceptualize, design and improve Templates for New Dashboards/ Reports along with key stakeholders for Performance Management Ensure timely and effective Performance Management Analytics
- Understanding data/report needs of Sales Channels and key Strategic Initiatives
- Data analytics for management support and decision making through early warning signals/lead indicator reports
- Collaborate with PD Team on contest and payout designs
- Competition analysis planning to maximize market share
- All visibility related initiatives - Campaign EDMs, highlighting performers, other initiatives highlights etc
- Consistency Timeliness as per schedule for Dashboard publishing
- Quality of Dashboards / reports conceptualized under Performance framework
- Head - Account Management, Sales Promotion Strategic Planning Delivery
- Branch Banking Head
